Simple receipe for egusi pudding

 


Hello and welcome to chef B's corner today I will be teaching you how to make egusi pudding the ingredients needed for this delicious meal is listed below

1) egusi

2) eggs

3) ginger ,garlic and onion

4)Maggie and salt

5) meat and dry fish

6) plantain leafs

7) yams or plantain

Procedure

Step 1: grind your egusi either by using a hand machine or blender

Peel and grind your ginger ,garlic and onion

Paboil your meat and fish with salt and Maggie and onion . Ensure that the stock of the meat and fish  sweet enough because it is at the stage that you will how  tasteful our pudding is going to be . Becareful not to leave to much water when preparing your stock

Get a plastic  bowl add in your egusi, add your stock, stir carefully add you eggs ( must be whisked) this is the end that the pudding really binds 

It's time to put your grount ginger ,garlic and onion

You have to hear your plantain leaf on fire so that you can be able to tie the pudding without it soiling places 

After all this has been done you prepare your pot by placing the stalks of plantains at the bottom with leafs covering it 

This is to ensure water does not get into the pudding while cooking

If all these stages are completed you fit to start the preparation of your yummy pudding

Note should be taken that water is put in bits
