Greetingsbeautiful people. welcome to chef B'S Corner today i will be given out tips to prepare ndole below are the list of ingredients to prepare this delicious meal
ingredients
Bitter leaf, groundnuts
meat, fish and chicken
ginger, garlic, white pepper and onion
crayfish
Maggie and salt, limestone and vegetable oil , yam or plantain
method
you select and cut your bitterleaf then after you wash with water to remove sand
you process it in boiling water with limestone added to it( this is to maintain its green nature
)but you have to take precautions so that thebitter leaf doesnot get too soft because you will still need to wash to ensure the bitter taste fades away
peel and boilyour groundnuts then after you blend and boil for three hours(to ensure it does not upset the stomach ) add cray and your stock of meat, fish and chicken to the boiling groundnut
after boiling the groundnut for the required hours you check the consistency of the groundnut
if its thick any with no water its time to add the bitter
note* you put the bitter leaf in stages to avoid a scenario where the butterleaf is more than the groundnut
add your garlic and ginger ,whitepaper and salt and Maggie to taste
you put your vegetable oil in a pot ensure its gets hot then you put your slice onions and free for some time
if that's set you pour the oil into your bitter leaf pot at this stage your ndole is ready . you could decide to eat it with yam or plantain
for your chicken you fry and keep aside
