Hello everyone and welcome to chef B's corner . Last week I listed out the recipe for fried rice. I bring to you today the full procedure to prepare tasty fried rice .without taking so much of your time let me dash into the real matter
Step 1 : wash and chopp your carrot, green beans ,green spices and green oinions and peppers to your desired shapes
Step 2 - steam your cow meat with onions, maggie and salt to taste
Step3- you do same with your chicken but ensure that it is well garnished with ginger ,garlic, curry powder ,njansa, kitchen glory it for chicken and Maggie and salt. Boil for about 30 minutes then you are free to fry it to your desired colour whether is reddish brown or golden brown
Step 4: select and wash your rice then you add to your cow meat stock ( at this stage the meat is removed from the pot so only the stock is left) you add in your grount whitpepper ,napal valley, currypowder to your desired colour and also ensure that your rice is very tasteful at this stage. You pour in water in stages while tasting the readyness of the rice
At this stage it's advisable to use warm water
Step 5: when you rice is half ready it's time for you to ensure that it's get try from top to bottom. Now you place a pot on the fire add in your vegetable oil, when it's a little bit hot you add chopped onions, greenspice and green oinions ,green beans ,grount ginger and garlic, can corn then your parboil cow meat and fry for sometime
I know you will be woundering why not put in carrot . This because carrot is softer than green beans so wouldn't want a senario where your carrot is soft and green beans tough. After frying for sometime and you realize that the water has dried off you now put in your rice and stir and I will advice you do it when the fire under the pot is turned off then you add in your green pepper then your fried rice is ready
๐yum yum yum can't wait to try this out for myself
